Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Victorville, CA, to lead data-driven assessments and treatment plans within a hybrid service model that combines center-based and home-based ABA. You’ll supervise teams, train parents, and maintain 30 billable hours weekly while collaborating across a supportive, growth-focused organization.

You’ll bring a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification, plus experience with autism, with a role designed for clinical excellence and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling).
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Mentor and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and ensure clinical consistency.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.

Total Earnings Potential: $101-111,000 in your first year

• $95-105K annual base salary
• Up to $6,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)
