Job summary

SK Behavior and Learning, Inc. is seeking a BCBA in California to support therapy for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes balanced caseload, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate is a BCBA, bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred, and resides in the LA area. The position allows part-time or full-time hours with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred.
• Experience with adult clients preferred.
• Must pass FBI & DOJ background check.
• TB clearance required.
• Residing within the LA surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized ABA programs for clients.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Train parents and staff in ABA plan delivery.
• Conduct regular supervision visits to clients’ homes and supervise BTs.
• Write assessment and progress reports.
• Ensure treatment fidelity with frequent feedback to BTs and parents.
• Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement changes.
• Practice cultural humility when engaging families.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain high attendance and reliability.

What We Expect From You:

• Design individualized ABA programs
• Perform functional behavior assessments
• Train parents and staff in the delivery of individualized ABA plans
• Make regular supervision visits to clients’ homes and provide ongoing supervision and support for Behavior Interventionists (BTs)
• Write and submit assessment reports and progress reports
• Ensure treatment fidelity by providing frequent feedback to BTs and parents
• Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback
• Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain high attendance
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred
• Experience working with adult clients preferred
• Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)
• Passing TB test clearanceResiding within the LA surrounding areas
