Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Services or related field.
• LPC, LCDP or LCSW in the state of Rhode Island.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and counseling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop, review, and update treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee case management and ensure timely follow-up and coordinated care.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and mentor counselors.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and peer chart reviews.
