Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. You will guide assessments, oversee treatment, and supervise staff to deliver client-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a mental health field and a current clinical license (MA preferred). This role emphasizes leadership development and clinical excellence within Eliot.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work required.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness is preferred.
• Current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead intake process for new referrals, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Engage clients with person-centered, strengths-based care.
• Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and modeling to staff and supervisees.
• Offer field and office-based supervision to case managers and program staff.
• Facilitate recovery-based services focused on rehabilitation and client preferences.
• Participate in a back-up on-call rotation.
