Location:

Mid-State Correctional Facility - 8401 Range Road, Fort Dix, New Jersey

Work Schedule:

Sunday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (12:30 - 9:00 PM), with schedule details to be confirmed.

Clinical Supervisors are responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the management and delivery of quality client services within a substance abuse treatment program.
• Reviewing clinical treatment activities, results, and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with program standards, objectives, contracts, and regulations.
• Participating in developing program budgets, goals, and policies.
• Ensuring effective implementation and administration of programs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, including or supplemented by 30 semester hours in social work, sociology, health, nursing, psychology, rehabilitation, or counseling.
• Three (3) years of experience at a recognized substance use disorder treatment agency.
• Licensure: LPC with CCS or ACS; LCSW with CCS; NJ LCADC with CCS.
• Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience.
• Must obtain NJDOC clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and move about facilities for up to two hours.
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or frequently.
• Ability to record, proofread, check documents, and use a keyboard and video display terminal.
• Respond to telephones, alarms, and detect unusual noises.

Compensation (based on experience and credentials):

• Range: $65,000 - $73,000 annually
• Sign-on Bonus of $7,500 split into 3 installments
• Annual reviews and merit increases.
