Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Role Summary

The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical reviews to monitor patient progress and supervises clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing training to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

1. Provide training, supervision, and mentoring to clinical staff.
2. Manage staff schedules for seven-day coverage.
3. Review clinical documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and participate in hiring and termination decisions.
5. Participate in program planning and development.
6. Perform direct counseling services as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards.
8. Collaborate with other clinical disciplines to improve patient care.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
2. At least 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment (preferred).
3. Licenses: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required.
