AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking a Night Shift Clinical Supervisor RN to lead nursing care for our夜 patients at the Lafayette facility. A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana RN Licensure in good standing.
• One–two years rehab or med-surg experience or training.
• CRRN Certification preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and positive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nursing practice during the night shift.
• Ensure nursing standards and hospital objectives are met.
• Act as resource and support for nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, CCO, and colleagues about patient changes.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and treatment responses.

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital –Lafayetteis offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus* for a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor, RN for Night Shifts!

While on duty is authorized and designated by the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistency in nursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met. Acts as a resource and support person for the nursing staff.Represents administration during any event occurring their absence.Embraces and demands a culture of professionalism and accountability.Responsible for fostering a positive milieu. Keeps CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place facility at risk. Provides direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity. Communicates with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition.Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Shift Differentials paid for Night and Weekend Shifts.

*$10,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.
