Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff, provide supervision, and help ensure compliant, high‑quality service delivery within our programs.

This role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties, including staff training, credentialing oversight, EBPs implementation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Two years of post-master’s experience with children, families, adults in a professional outpatient setting.
• 1–2 years of experience providing clinical supervision or in related on the job education.
• Licensure in Washington State (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) or eligibility; ACS credential preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff and review monthly productivity reports.
• Oversee credentialing and license status of staff and ensure quality documentation.
• Maintain a small caseload (about 30% reportable/billable) and support program needs.
• Attend meetings and participate in Quality Improvement activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development; implement EBPs as required.
