Job summary

Mountain Careers LLC. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead all aspects of clinical operations in a dermatology clinic. You will manage the clinical team, ensure high‑quality patient care, and maintain compliance with medical regulations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior clinical experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and OHSA rules and regulations.

Job description

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all areas of clinical operations, including management and supervision of the clinical team. This role ensures high-quality patient care, oversees clinical processes, maintains compliance with medical regulations, and supports physicians in delivering efficient and effective clinical services.

This position will have clinical time and will be required to learn the specifics of dermatology services and care. An Experienced MA or LPN or other qualify medical professional with management experience would be preferred.

Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic is required. Excellent benefit package which includes 50% paid health insurance, 401K match and an allocation of free treatments throughout the year.
