$2,000 Hiring Bonus

Located in Tucson, AZ, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Community Based Services program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We work with families and youths in their homes, teaching a variety of skills ranging from self-care, household management, living, and social. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth to be a positive role model and impact on our families!

Reporting to the Director of Community Based Services, the Clinical Supervisor (Clinical Coordinator) is responsible for the coordination of care, assessments, treatment planning, service delivery, and case management of our Community Based Services program. This position formulates treatment plans, assessments, clinical impression, and discharge planning, as well as making recommendations regarding access to care following discharge. The Clinical Coordinator also provides clinical oversight for staff providing direct care to clients and families.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,800

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other related field
  • Licensed in the State of AZ through the AZBBHE with current valid associate or independent license to practice with no restrictions
  • One year of work experience in outpatient mental health service delivery; supervisory experience preferred
  • Skilled at the operation of PC computers and software programs (Microsoft Office skills preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statues Notice (ARS 36-411 Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a person's employment record contains a six-month or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer, a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
