Are you a licensed clinician with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams while making a direct impact in the lives of youth and families? In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to oversee a dedicated team of Clinical and Outreach staff, ensuring that the highest standards of care are being provided. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our programs, while also providing hands-on supervision, training, and mentorship. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will support both your team and families through the implementation of evidence-based practices and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.
You’ll be a cornerstone of our program’s success, overseeing everything from staff development to program quality assurance, while ensuring that our services remain in line with regulatory requirements and funding guidelines. With your leadership and clinical skills, you will help build a team that’s driven to create positive, lasting change in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Provide both clinical and administrative oversight to Clinical and Outreach staff, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and continuous staff development.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that program activities align with clinical regulations, funding requirements, and best practices.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and supervise staff, offering ongoing training and professional development to enhance team performance and program fidelity.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with community partners, including DCF and Family Networks, ensuring smooth coordination of services and ongoing program success.
- Program Performance: Collaborate with the Program Director to monitor and evaluate program performance, including addressing any staff needs, recruiting, and assisting with disciplinary actions as necessary.
- On-Call Support: Participate in a 24-hour, 7-day per week on-call rotation to provide guidance and support whenever needed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that staff are meeting documentation and training requirements, while maintaining program deadlines and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Social Work, Mental Health Counseling).
- Independent Licensure in your discipline (e.g., LICSW, LMHC).
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in behavioral health services, especially working with youth and families.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience managing home-based/outreach programs is a plus.
- Certified in Massachusetts CANS within 30 days of hire.

- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts in a way that supports the program’s goals.
- Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and tasks with an eye for detail and deadlines.
- Community-Based Care: A passion for providing high-quality, community-based services that directly impact individuals and families
