Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and provide clinical supervision for Master’s level staff. This CBHC-designated center focuses on accessible, equitable behavioral health care for children, families, and adults.

The role emphasizes supervision, documentation standards, risk monitoring, and ongoing professional development in collaboration with the Program Director and Training Department.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure required: LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Previous supervisory or teaching experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred.
• Proficiency in computer technology required.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate experience required; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for Master's level staff per licensing requirements.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets organizational standards of care.
• Monitor risk and uphold quality of care and compliance.
• Promote evidence-based practices and outcomes.

Join Our Team as an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor!

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role within our dynamic team, serving as both a clinical leader and a performance manager. Aspire Health Alliance has been designated as aCommunity Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), part of a state initiative aimed at providing accessible and equitable mental health care to children, families, and adults. We are at the forefront of a new model of care delivery that redefines behavioral health care, focusing on the goals of timely access to client-centered, comprehensive behavioral health services.

The Clinical Supervisor will foster a positive team environment, embody Aspire’s mission and professional culture, and provide clinical supervision for Master's level staff in accordance with regulatory and licensing requirements. This role will ensure that all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standards of care, monitor risk, uphold quality of care and compliance, and promote evidence-based practices. In collaboration with the Program Director and Training Department, the Clinical Supervisor will contribute to the design and development of clinical training programs to support the growth and professional development of clinical staff. Staying abreast of relevant professional literature is essential for this position.

Requirements:

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
