Job summary

The Help Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Wraparound (FSP) program. Under the Director’s supervision, you will provide administrative oversight and supervise therapists, interns, case managers, and staff to ensure effective service delivery.

You will provide individual and family therapy, coordinate group training, ensure policy compliance, participate in meetings, and maintain licensing and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; valid California clinical license.
• Driver license valid in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide under Director's supervision, administrative oversight in the Wraparound or FSP Department.
• Supervise Therapist, Therapy Interns, Case Managers, Administrative Staff, and Parent Partners as assigned.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy to Wraparound or FSP clients.
• Provide group training and supervision as advised.
• Oversee compliance with agency policy for supervisees.
• Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis.
• Interview prospective staff for Wraparound or FSP positions.
• Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Participate in supervisor’s meetings, Wraparound staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service training
• Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, valid California clinical license
• Valid CA Driver License
• Minimum three years of experience in community-based social service program, specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults.
• Minimum two years administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs, knowledge of and skills in areas of individual, group and family therapy
• Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services.
• Knowledge of the community.
