Job summary

AdventHealth in Leesburg, FL is hiring for a full-time day shift role. You will create an inclusive environment, supervise personnel, coordinate daily operations, and work with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care. Required are a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience; BLS CPR and multiple CMA/MA certifications are accepted.

Florida background screening applies. Pay range: $24.14–$44.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• 2+ position-related experience required.
• 2+ position-related experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR cert required.
• CMA/CMAC/RMA NCMA CCMA NRCMA LPN required (any one)

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, orients, and supervises departmental personnel.
• Coordinates work assignments and daily operations.
• Keeps physicians and managers informed of problems or concerns.
• Works with the clinical team to coordinate workflow and cooperation between departments.
• Ensures the effective development and implementation of job descriptions, personnel policies, and payroll practices.
• Assists in the evaluation of performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maximizes clinic score on patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction surveys.
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Attends provider meetings and collaborates with physicians on nursing interventions.
