Job summary

Together Women’s Health, LLC (a partner of OBGYN South) seeks a Full-time Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical teams and ensure high-quality patient care across locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of clinical experience and prior clinical management. An active LPN license or CMA is required; Athena EMR experience is a plus. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Clinical managerial experience preferred.

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff across locations.
• Provide orientation and training for staff.
• Coordinate vacation and PTO requests for clinical staff.
• Serve as laboratory liaison for QA and follow-up questions.
• Report equipment repair and service needs to leadership.

Overview

OBGYN South, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a Full timeClinical Supervisorto join our team!

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

Applicants with prior leadership in women's health will be given priority.

Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff at all locations.
• Orientation and training for staff
• Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests for clinical staff
• Laboratory liaison--point person for follow-up questions and QA
• Report to leadership equipment repair and service/Contracts needed
• Interview/Personnel selection
• Oversee day-to-day flow of Clinic staff to ensure good clinical flow and patient care
• Coordinating with Practice Leadership to develop clinical policies and procedures
• Laboratory liaison--QA and follow-up lab needs
• Monitor and report supply needs to leadership
• Daily contact point for physicians and staff

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Clinical managerial experience highly preferred
