Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the counseling department and work with the Executive Director to ensure a therapeutic environment for residents. This in-person or hybrid role focuses on maintaining high clinical standards and program integrity across treatment services.

The position requires a Master’s degree and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSAT) with experience in substance use disorders and opioid treatment preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSAT licensure required.
• Experience with substance use disorders needed.
• Opioid treatment experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience with licensed staff preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and develop overall clinical services.
• Oversee counseling department staffing.
• Provide in-service training to clinical staff regularly.
• Monitor clinical records for quality and regulatory compliance; conduct mock inspections.
• Maintain CSAC accreditation for clinical care.
• Manage caseload and cover for absent counselors as needed.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists), or LSAT
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Oversees counseling department staffing.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
• Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
