POSITION TITLE: Clinical Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Clinical Program Director
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and quality assurance of clinical services at Heal Together Counseling Center (HTCC). This position ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices, ethical guidelines, and state and federal regulations, including Medicaid and ASAM criteria. The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and leadership to clinical staff, ensures documentation compliance, and promotes a culture of recovery, accountability, and professional growth.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach overhead and lift up to 50 pounds; travel outside the office and/or attend meetings both during and after normal work hours, both at and away from the worksite. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Requires about 3 hours of sitting and no more than 5 hours of standing or walking in an 8-hour workday.
The employee will work indoors and outdoors, as well as within a wide range of aftercare rental properties. This position will include travel of a reasonable distance.
There are several daily deadlines associated with this position, which may cause significant levels of stress for some individuals. The position will work with clients, staff, and family members on a variety of issues.

ATR employees are entitled to all earned, unpaid wages. All termination pay will be distributed to the employee on the next payday following the termination according to the employee manual.
