Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager for an AI training program. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on operational execution of multi-site studies, CRO coordination, and budget management while supporting AI-driven healthcare research initiatives.

You will manage timelines and deliverables, monitor budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality study execution while maintaining flexibility to work asynchronously.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex trials on track. If you've spent time wrangling timelines, managing CROs, and keeping budgets in line across multiple studies, this role was designed for you.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background in regulatory submissions, GCP compliance, or clinical data management
• Experience across therapeutic areas — oncology, rare disease, or otherwise
