We are dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical trials for sponsors and CROs. Our strategic focus on the patient experience aims to accelerate access to life-changing medicines and therapies by connecting a global healthcare community.

The primary purpose of this role is to support Homecare Providers (HCPs) in conducting homecare visits (HCVs) for clinical trials. Responsibilities include identifying and training experienced HCPs according to client expectations, and collaborating with Project Managers, Equipment Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth conduct of HCVs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate home visits for clinical trials, ensuring smooth execution
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, clients, and partners across Europe in English and your native language
• Train home visit staff on study protocols and key visit procedures
• Coordinate dispatch of materials, plan visit dates, and support staff during visits via phone or video call from your home office
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date after each visit

Ihr Profil

• Native-level fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian, plus C1 level English (spoken and written)
• Resident and authorized to work in UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, or Ukraine
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinical study coordination is preferred
• This is a fully remote role based in UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, or Ukraine
