Position Summary:The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in inpatient settings, including medication therapy management, order verification, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. Working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, this role partners closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals to support safe, effective, and individualized medication use. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist applies clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to optimize pharmacotherapy while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards.
