UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Staff Educator (RN) for the Emergency Department for First Shift at UC Medical Center.

The Clinical Educator is responsible for:

1. Providing individualized orientation for new personnel
2. In-service education
3. Continuing education programs to meet staff needs

The Clinical Educator serves as a resource to nursing staff, assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to enhance clinical nursing skills. The role requires the ability to accept, model, and implement change, and to serve as a role model for clinical staff.
