Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies and dysphagia management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals.
• Document treatment interventions and patient progress in the medical record daily.
• Ensure proper coding and accurate maintenance of charge logs for billing and compliance.
