Providence Health and Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, and coordinating speech-language services in collaboration with physicians, families and the care team.
The position is on-site, full-time (1.0 FTE) with day shifts; compensation includes a base pay range, shift differentials, on-call and bonus opportunities.
Description: Evaluate and treat patients, check their communication, cognition and swallowing disorders. Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Pay Range: $46.81 - $72.66
Additional compensation: shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Hiring Bonus: $5,000 for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
