Qualifications

• Two years RN experience, preferably in designated specialty.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, medical, pharmacy staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage the clinical activities of a specialty program.
• Maintain and monitor the program database and analyze data.
• Serve as liaison between nursing, medical, pharmacy staff, patients and families.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify interventions addressing gaps in performance.
• Develop and implement education to enhance patient safety and professional growth.
• Evaluate outcomes of interventions focusing on quality, safety and evidence-based practices.
