Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator II to provide patient care in the physician office setting under the supervision of a provider. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, LPN licensure in Florida, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to interpret EKGs.

Preferred experience includes cath lab or cardiac device clinic exposure, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• CPR/BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Completion of Arrhythmia Technologies Institute course within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to interpret EKGs and identify arrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a physician office setting according to age-specific population needs.
• Assist in management of patient care under supervision of a provider.
• Coordinate care activities to support physicians and patients.
