Job summary

UVA Health seeks pharmacists and pharmacy staff to administer, prepare, dispense, and manage medications across UVA hospitals, clinics, and research facilities. You will provide drug therapy consultations and ensure safe, effective use of pharmaceuticals in collaboration with healthcare teams.

Roles require education in pharmacy, licensure within 60 days of hire, and BLS certification. The pay range is $64.37–$87.33 per hour, with compensation determined by qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Experience: No experience required. PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure: Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License or within 60 days of hire. AHA BLS certification required.
