Job Details
Essential Duties
  1. Manage territory for existing TEG customer base.
  2. Increase product usage and expand customer base through clinical education, ensuring customers can operate TEG equipment independently and interpret results across various applications.
  3. Train customers on all product and clinical aspects of TEG, providing follow-up support as needed across different settings such as lab, critical care, and OR.
  4. Provide clinical expertise to help standardize TEG within accounts, leveraging CRM and market data.
  5. Drive and expand business by broadening application of TEG, achieving sales targets through relationship building, education, case support, and market events.
  6. Visit hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  7. Provide onsite support for new TEG customers, including after-hours support.
  8. Resolve customer concerns through investigation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  9. Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and conferences.
  10. Maintain records in CRM, support various clinical applications, and understand the competitive landscape to convert accounts to TEG.
  11. Collaborate with Account Managers during market expansion and revenue forecasting.
  12. Support regional and national tradeshows, promote device and software upgrades, and assist during laboratory setup and training.
  13. Develop multi-level relationships within the territory, including C-level contacts.
  14. Participate in product development, market needs assessments, and provide feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science (required)
  • Master's degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration (preferred)

Education Detail:

  • Science or medical-related profession

Years of Experience: 3+

Experience Details:

  • Experience in industry or clinical settings, preferably with complex medical devices or critical care environments.
Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive product adoption and develop customer relationships
  • Effective interpersonal skills and high-level clinician interaction
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hemostasis management
  • Technical/clinical aptitude for training and understanding TEG products
Physical Demands
  • Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 10 pounds, fine manipulation, keyboarding, exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, blood, and noise.
Travel Expectations

Frequent domestic travel: 50-75%

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually. Compensation includes potential incentives, bonuses, and long-term incentives depending on the role and location. Benefits include 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, flexible time off, health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more.
