Advantage Technical is hiring a Clinical Specialist for a remote opportunity supporting an innovative, patient-centric program led by a global medical technology leader. If you're passionate about helping others and have a background in healthcare, this is your chance to make a difference-without stepping into a call center !

Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible)

  • Four days per week: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (local time zone)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in EST due to manager location)

About the Role

This is not your average phone-based role. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll conduct scheduled outbound calls to patients and caregivers interested in Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) therapy-a specialized cancer treatment. Your mission? Provide compassionate guidance, educational support, and help connect patients to treatment centers offering HAI therapy. You'll play a vital part in the HAI Patient Connect Program, bringing empathy and clarity to individuals exploring this life-changing therapy.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct approximately 20 scheduled outbound patient or caregiver calls per day
  • Provide accurate, empathetic education about HAI therapy and treatment logistics
  • Track and report program activity, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to support care navigation
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and uphold patient confidentiality
  • Flex working hours one day per week to accommodate West Coast patient availability
  • Perform other duties as needed to support program success
