Atlantic Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient care and clinical support to the field team, conduct client evaluations, and supervise clinical field staff. You will coordinate education for CHHA, LPN, and RN staff and participate in case management.
This role includes chart audits, PI committee participation, weekend/evening RN coverage, and collaboration with HR and scheduling. The ideal candidate has NJ RN licensure, 2+ years home health experience, and CPR certification;

Include, but are not limited to:
Education: Associate's degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in a home health care setting or revenant clinical setting
Experience working with home health care standards and quality assurance / risk management.
One year acute care nursing
Certificates: CPR
Licenses: Current license as a Registered Nurse the state of New Jersey or RN compact license
Meets the requirements of continuing education annually for license recertification
Meets or exceeds the requirements of the competency exams. Possesses certification and/or proof of a passing grade on a written exam.
2-3 years of previous Clinical Specialist experience preferred.
