CARIN Alliance seeks a Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse (Clinical Expert) to lead evidence-based nursing practice in the cardiovascular OR and guide complex patient care. The role involves advising on care decisions, leading safety initiatives, and mentoring nursing staff to uphold high standards of care.

The expert will translate research into daily practice, develop protocols, and serve as a clinical resource to improve outcomes across cardiovascular surgical services.
