Job summary

Reflow Medical, Inc. seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular medical devices in both commercial and pre-commercial settings.

The role collaborates with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to drive procedural success, product education, and regional sales goals. The ideal candidate is a nurse or technologist with peripheral procedure experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Technologist (RT), or similar accreditation required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in peripheral procedures required and coronary procedural experience preferred.
• Prior relevant medical device industry experience preferred (required for Clinical Specialist II).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for Peripheral Vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization in accordance with company guidelines and Instructions for Use.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per company guidelines
• Process purchase orders per company and customer guidelines
