Job summary

Reflow Medical, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices in both commercial and pre-commercial settings.

You will partner with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to support procedural success, deliver education, and contribute to regional sales objectives while maintaining current knowledge of clinical data and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• RN/RT or similar accreditation is required.
• Experience in peripheral procedures is required.
• Coronary procedural experience preferred.
• Prior medical device industry experience preferred (required for Clinical Specialist II)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural coverage for Peripheral Vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization per guidelines and IFU.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per company and customer guidelines

This role partners with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and Territory Managers (TM) to support procedural success, product education, and regional sales objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for Peripheral Vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization in accordance with company guidelines and Instructions for Use.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per company guidelines

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Technologist (RT), or similar accreditation required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in peripheral procedures required and coronary procedural experience preferred.
• Prior relevant medical device industry experience preferred (required for Clinical Specialist II)
