Clinical Specialist (New England Area) job at ConsignMed. Boston, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Per Diem Case Coverage Consultation with Physicians and Institutions:

  • Cover Men's Health surgical procedures as requested on prn basis
  • Providing technical support to physicians, surgical staff and institutions
  • Case coverage in the New England Area (Worcester, Boston, NH, RI maybe springfield)
  • Confirm case details with Operating Room and/or Field Sales a day before case
  • Arrive at cases a minimum of 30 minutes ahead of scheduled case time
  • Follow all policies of the specific Vendor Program of the institution
  • Maintain strong, cordial and professional relationships to enhance business relationships
  • Effectively communicate technical information to customers and carry appropriate literature
  • Must complete additional training requirements as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachleor’s Degree, RN, Physician Assistant or Certified Medical Technician
  • Two years of medical device or Operating Room experience, preferred
  • Urological related experience, preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to meet and maintain Hospital credentialing requirements and adhere to
  • Must meet requirements for third party vendor credentialing (eg, complete OSHA- Environmental Health and Safety training, HIPAA certifications, provide immunization records, updated TB test and flu shot, etc)
