Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to proctor CVAC procedures, train the surgical team, and provide clinical product support across the territory. This role involves instrumentation prep, inventory management, and collaboration with the commercial team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have surgical experience and are willing to travel. The position offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, and allowances, with opportunities

Qualificações

• Clinical experience in operating room procedures such as scrubbing, imaging, or perioperative care.
• Ability to educate physicians and staff on device use and procedures.
• Experience with sterile technique and managing perioperative workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned
• Train the surgical team to assist and support cases during training
• Maintain current knowledge of perioperative technology and hospital policies
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource
• Demonstrate professional interactions with hospital staff and service providers
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and kits, including QC audits
• Troubleshoot equipment per procedure
• Provide intraoperative clinical product support
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile usage
• Support physician and staff training on procedures and outcomes
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Manager on account setup and education
• Assist in residency education and education for APPs, office and hospital staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies on interactions with health care professionals
• Share case presentations and knowledge with Clinical Specialist teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
