Job Details

The Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, Regional Clinical Manager, and Upstate NY Territory Manager within a defined geographic area. The role involves meeting with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. The Clinical Specialist will demonstrate how company products can help achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving sales goals, company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Territory Manager to provide case coverage and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
  2. Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  3. Inform customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by engaging in procedural and technical discussions.
  4. Link clinical data to key messaging effectively.
  5. Meet with customers to identify clinical needs and provide creative, feasible solutions using company products.
  6. Communicate account information and insights to the local territory manager regularly.
  7. Support monitoring of product inventory levels.
  8. Share insights on competitive products or account issues with appropriate team members.
  9. Educate customers on the proper clinical usage of company products.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency

The offered base pay will consider factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include sales commissions or discretionary bonuses, depending on the role. Employees may also participate in long-term incentive plans, subject to role-specific eligibility.

Salary Range

The base salary range for this role is: $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
