Job Title: Clinical Specialist

Job Details

The Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. They will discuss and demonstrate how company products can help achieve these goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving sales goals, company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

  1. Collaborate with the Territory Manager to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
  2. Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  3. Inform customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by engaging in procedural and technical discussions.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
  5. Meet with customers to identify clinical needs and provide solutions using company products.
  6. Communicate regularly with the local territory manager regarding account information and updates.
  7. Support inventory monitoring.
  8. Share insights on competitive products and account issues with the team.
  9. Educate customers on the proper clinical use of company products.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
