Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education and provide clinical insights across a defined territory. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical standards and competitive issues, and communicate medical information accurately to sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (if hospital experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed clinician, preferably in Critical Care, General Medical/Surgical or Emergency care
  • Must be able to track and explain detailed metrics, guidelines, and procedures and execute on strategy
  • Travel up to 75% annually

Job description

You will maintain a high level of industry and product knowledge to identify changes in clinical standards and competitive issues, medical and scientific information with accuracy to our sales and marketing teams.

What you need:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if experience has been in a hospital environment)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed clinician, preferably in Critical Care, general Medical/Surgical or Emergency care
  • Must be able to track and explain detailed metrics, guidelines, and procedures and execute on strategy
  • Travel up to 75% annually
Preferred:
  • Current RN licensure
  • Charge Nurse, Educator, Supervisory or Leadership experience
  • Certification in nursing specialty preferred (WOCN, CPPS)
  • Minimum 2 years of non-clinical industry experience

  • Puerto Rico: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
  • USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
