What to Expect
- Provide technical support for CRM medical device systems, including checks and troubleshooting
- Assist with operational tasks such as patient registration and inventory management
- Educate and train healthcare personnel on CRM products and solutions
- Support sales objectives by collaborating with sales representatives and understanding customer needs
- Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing

- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
