What You'll Do (When a Role Opens) :

Provide live navigation support for spine cases using platforms like 7D Navigation Manage setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of navigation systems in the ORTrain and support surgeons, scrub techs, and OR staff on workflows and registrationServe as the go-to technical expert during procedures—ensuring precision and speedStay current with new enabling tech and competitor platforms

Who You Are :

You’ve worked with 7D, StealthStation, Brainlab, or similar surgical navigation platformsYou’re confident in the OR, calm under pressure, and detail-obsessedYou communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and keep cases moving smoothlyBased in or willing to support the San Diego hospital network

Preferred Backgrounds (not required) :

Previous clinical specialist, surgical tech, or device rep experience in the ORPrior exposure to spine, neuro, or orthopedic surgeryFamiliarity with 7D Surgical or other navigation platformsBachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field (optional but helpful)
