Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Support Specialist to join its Customer Success team in a fast-paced startup environment. You will lead onboarding, provide training and ongoing support across the U.S., with up to 60% travel and occasional Canada trips, from your home office.

The role offers a base salary of $62k-$80k with a 15% variable bonus, 401(k) match, mileage and travel expense coverage, and benefits including medical insurance and internet/phone stipends.

Reporting to our Customer Training and Development Manager, you'll embark on nationwide adventures, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to ignite change in patient care from your home office!

• Lead successful onboarding and training, both remotely and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
• Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
• Showcase products through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in medical training or education, with practical medical imaging exposure, and patient interaction
• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S., Ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
