Job Summary

Our clinical roles enable you to act as a mentor and ambassador for health improvement by engaging with care providers and making recommendations or educating them on key solutions that Medline offers to improve patient care. These positions offer opportunities to travel across the country, interact with various clinicians to learn about their approaches and challenges, and influence policy and innovation at healthcare facilities.

Job Description

Identify and support field sales efforts within a multi-state territory through clinical and educational customer needs assessments, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and follow-up. Connect clinical practice with our products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales reps to execute successful value-added programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development and improvement of products by providing customer insights for process enhancements.
2. Support sales efforts through clinical assessments, training, in-servicing, and follow-up with customers, including providing educational materials and research articles.
3. Maintain and develop expertise on Skin Health products, especially within your clinical specialty.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to identify targets and achieve regional and territory goals.
5. Provide updates to management on field activities and account information.
6. Participate as a clinical representative in project teams, committees, and meetings to provide clinical insights.
7. Engage in educational and promotional activities at trade shows and conferences.
8. Stay current with medical literature, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and communicate findings internally.
9. Maintain professional development, licensure, and credentials relevant to your specialty.
10. Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews to recommend best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Certified CWOCN, CWCN, or CWON
3. At least 5 years of bedside clinical experience
4. Willingness to travel up to 75-80% for business across multiple states
5. Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide clinical feedback
6. Strong business acumen
7. Experience in professional meeting coordination, including preparing agendas and presentations

The salary range for this position is $100,360 - $150,800 annually, commensurate with experience and location. The role is eligible for bonuses and incentives.
