Job Description

Identify and support field sales efforts in a multi-state territory through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and follow-up. Connect clinical practice with products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives to execute successful value-added programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development and improvement of products by providing customer insights for process enhancements.
2. Support field sales through clinical needs assessment, training, in-servicing, and follow-up, including providing educational materials and research articles.
3. Develop expertise on Skin Health products, especially those related to your clinical specialty.
4. Work with sales teams to identify targets and achieve regional and corporate goals.
5. Communicate field activities and account information to management and sales teams.
6. Represent the clinical team in projects, committees, and meetings, providing clinical perspectives.
7. Participate in educational and promotional activities at trade shows and exhibitions.
8. Stay updated on medical literature, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and communicate findings internally.
9. Maintain ongoing professional education, licensure, and credentials.
10. Conduct quality investigations and clinical reviews to recommend best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Certified CWOCN, CWCN, or CWON
3. Minimum of 5 years of bedside clinical experience
4. Willingness to travel up to 75-80% within and out of state
5. Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide clinical feedback
6. Strong business acumen
7. Experience in presenting and coordinating professional meetings
