This is a temporary position with no leave or retirement benefits. The role involves abstracting information from death certificates, medical and hospital records, autopsy reports, and behavioral health records. The abstractor will input data into the CDC application and collaborate with a nurse abstractor to develop case narratives for the Maternal Mortality Review Committee. Attendance at monthly MMRC meetings is required. This is a home-based position.
