Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services seeks a Clinical Social Worker to join a tight-knit team delivering patient-centered care. You’ll assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with families and providers to ensure seamless service.

The role emphasizes crisis management, therapeutic interventions with individuals, groups, and families, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MSW required with LMSW/LISW considered.
• Michigan licensure in social work required.
• 1 year of mental health experience preferred.
• Experience in substance use programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patient needs and discharge planning.
• Implement and monitor plan of care in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; psychosocial assessments.
• Act as liaison between patient, families, and care providers.
• Monitor safety risks and respond to crises as needed.
