This full-time role demands a Master's degree in Social Work and at least two years of survey experience. The position offers a salary of $72,000 to $80,000 and flexible paid vacation days. Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
• Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor certifying long-term care facilities.
• Must maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
