Job summary

Thriveworks in Katy, Texas is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians may receive a ramp stipend for 30+ hours per week.

You’ll join a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model and strong client demand. Eligible candidates are Texas-licensed LCSWs who can handle diverse cases, including couples and children, and who are comfortable with EHR tools and telehealth platforms.

• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.

Responsibilities

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Texas - LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
