Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jersey City, NJ. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $112,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
