Licensed Clinician – Dacula, GA

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our clients across the country.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Georgia (LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Comfortable with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Team player and contributor to a clinical community

Compensation

Up to $97,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support YouWe handle administrative work such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on care. Paid orientation and training are provided. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
