Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations, including crisis assessments.
• Provide short- and potentially longer-term therapy, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and electronic health records with HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, and other team members.
• Support transitions and referrals to community resources as needed.
