Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore is seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) to provide direct psychological and practical care to patients and families. The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and will manage social work assessments and care plans.
The ideal applicant must have an MSW degree, one year of experience in clinical settings, and strong communication skills. Salary ranges from $34.62 to $57.19 per hour based on experience.
Provides direct psychological, social and practical care to a select caseload of patients and families including social work assessments, problem identification, goal setting and implementation of care plans. Makes referrals to outside agencies and coordinates continuity of care. Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Contributes to the attainment of organizational goals. Will be required to provide coverage during absences, vacancies and on call.

Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
